The decisions about which foods to harvest, and how much, was important for the health, and it was the women who learned what each plant did, for the good health…
And the women, were best suited to manage that task, of deciding what should be given out to all and how much of each thing…
Nobody would dream of voting for a MAN, to be the leader, who DID THAT…
It was the MOTHERS who obviously “owned” their own children…
So, it is very possible, the children only saw their MOTHER as their only parent, and they would , by habit, OBEY HER, and nobody else…
Then the women asked the men to teach the boys all about animals, and hunt, and the other male jobs…
While each mother taugh her own daugters, all about plants, and their effect on the body…
We can not know, when humans realized the men were actually FATHERS…
When we realized that, the institution of marriage was started, so that both parents, were there, living together, to PROTECT, and feed, and love, the children, and to both TEACH them well…
Then each fathers educated the sons, to know all about animals, and how
they must be killed and slaughtered correctly, to minimize the pain in the animal, and the emotional pain in the human hunter who caused that pain…
So: “NEVER shoot an animal with a worn training arrowpoint,
but always shoot with one, as sharp as new,
as that gives much less pain to the animal…!!!”
IT IS NOW CLEAR, that the APE ERECTUS, had the strange idea, to bang two stones together, one made off flint, hoping to break the flint…
Even when that gives splinters in the eyes, so many grew blind…
BUT those sharp SHARDS, gave an important advantage…
The men had the brute strength to wreste a large gorilla…
But holding a SHARD in one hand, to cut the attacker, was more effective…

We can see now, that we started growing the larger brain, about 2,3 million years ago, and at the same time, had started, making FLINT SHARDS…
When we 400.000 years later stopped the growth of the brain, then most boys, could learn to make an EXACT COPY of the fathers flint tools…
And from that period when we had tested ALL SHAPES, we found the WINNERS, and from then on, all made their flint tools, as an exact copy of those shapes, the next 500.000 years…
The First Humans were AMAZING crafts men, with a keen eye for the precise SHAPE, in all three dimensions…
Only the flint tools are found, but surely also the wooden or bone HANDLES and SHAFTS, were made extremely well and “pretty”…
With the handle shaped and sanded and often coloured with red oacre, and polished to a shine, and with some SCRATCHES, made, to make it even more pretty…
Simple Zig-zag lines, will lift the apearence, especially if lime powder or charcoals are rubbed into the scratches, to make a colour contrast…
